Digital equity for every child must begin now

Advocating Change, Empowering Community

Digital equity for every child must begin now!

ACE successfully conducted a press conference to highlight the critical digital divide affecting Tamil schools, especially the urgent need for ICT infrastructure, structured ICT lessons during school hours, and clear enabling guidelines for stakeholder partnerships.

We are encouraged by the strong coverage given by mainstream print, online and broadcast media. This shows that the issue is no longer silent — it is now part of the national conversation.

ACE remains committed to advocating for equal access to digital learning for every pupil, regardless of school type, background or family income.

Digital literacy is not a privilege. It is a basic educational right.
